Age Guidelines:

All ages are welcome for Spa parties but recommended for ages 7 and up. Please note that nail polish on any items is considered permanent damage and will be treated as a total loss.

Scheduling:

We highly recommend that you check with us if a date/time is open as we are becoming extremely busy. We also work Mon-Fri full time, so weekdays MUST be discussed prior and rarely can be last minute.

📐 Space & Setup Requirements

• We will need a minimum of 8x4 feet of cleared space for the main Spa table, the seating and hanging decor. There is also a 4x4 table for spa supplies and spa robe rack. We can delete the 4x4 table and use your dining table if space is very limited. We do need the designated area fully cleared and cleaned prior to our arrival. This includes any furniture moved and the area needs to be vacuumed or swept and mopped.

• Most families use the living room and move the couch.

• Hotel rooms and outdoor setups are not allowed.

• Please contact us if you plan to use an Air BNB due to their time constraints

💅 How to Book a Spa Party

• Fill out our Spa Party Booking form for standalone parties or Teepee Party Booking Form if combined with teepees to get started.

• We’ll prepare your contract and email it to you for review and signature.

• After signing, you can pay the non-refundable retainer to lock in your date.

• The final balance is due 7 days before your event​

• A late fee has now been added if paid after the due date

• There are no reschedules or changes during the 7 days leading up to the event

If you added a Spa party on to your teepee party, you would get the Spa overnight with the teepees. We will come set everything up and come back the next day and collect everything.

If your spa party is not paired with a teepee party, we will complete setup and return approximately three hours later for pickup.

📋 Spa Party Rules & Guidelines

🚫 Please keep food, drinks, pets, smoking, red dyes, nail polish, and hair dye away from the Spa tables.

🧼 A cleaning or damage fee may apply if needed (see contract for details)​​

 

All spa items are returned to us following the event, with the exception of makeup palettes and lip glosses, which are yours to keep. Any missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

You are responsible for any lost, damaged, or stained items.

​

All Spa Parties are parent assisted. We don't have party assistants at this time.​

​All products are kid-friendly and age-appropriate. We do not use medical-grade or professional salon chemicals.

​

We also do not let you change or modify (except possibly add) balloons or customized gifts after they are booked since we outsource these. This also may include our treat cart since we order treats with our vendors.

​

While we take great care to formulate our face masks using gentle, natural ingredients, it’s important to note that skin sensitivities can still occur. We kindly ask that clients confirm with parents or guardians whether any guests have allergies or sensitivities to the following ingredients: oatmeal, aloe vera gel, yogurt, and honey.

We will review the Spa with you after setting up and give you a brief overview. We will also provide "Spa Menus" for guests to review the available activities, along with a suggested order of events to help them get the most out of the Spa experience. While a recommended flow is provided, there is no required order, and guests are welcome to enjoy the activities at their own pace.

Please keep in mind whoever signs the contract with us as Client, is responsible for the party, including any damages and fees, no matter the party at fault. Please keep this in mind before deciding to book with us. ​​​​
