Pet Guidelines: You may have an event in a home with pets; however, we are being very strict with insisting any kind of pet stay off our items. Our laundry service charges extra for pet hair for 100% guaranteed removal as we don't know if the next guests will have any allergies. If we find more than a few strays of pet hair on our items, we will need to deduct from your refundable damage deposit.

⚠️We ask that pets are put away during set up and take down. Set up can take many hours and sometimes this is stressful for animals to be kept away that long, especially when people are home. We have seen this many times over and over. If it is going to be stressful for your pets, we urge you to consider letting them stay with a friend for the day or a few hours. We do have guests who board their pets or have them go to a family member's home for the night.

We do travel! You are always welcomed to travel to us for Picnics/proposals. But based on availability, we will travel to you! Travel fee applies.

We have traveled all over Florida!​

 

We ask that there is zero smoking on or around our items. Unfortunately, we also cannot hold events in homes or locations where smoking is allowed.

Scheduling - We highly recommend that you check with us if a date/time is open as we are becoming extremely busy. We also work Mon-Fri full time, so weekdays MUST be discussed prior and rarely can be last minute. 

 

All retainers are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

 

We do not allow you to change themes after booking since your event planning and purchasing of items begins almost immediately. We also do not let you change or modify (except possibly add) balloons or customized gifts after they are booked since we outsource these.

We usually have questions after you send us an inquiry or during our planning process. We politely ask that you are communicative with us when we reach out to you to confirm or request information. ​
