Seasonal promotion: Any event that books with more than 8 weeks' notice will receive a choice of a free 3.5ft balloon garland or 12 Themed Cookies. Your choice of colors, no special designs for either. Your contract must be signed and retainer placed with more than 8 weeks from the event date. The event total -without taxes, without your refundable deposit and AFTER any discounts-must be over $500 to be eligible. We reserve the right to make any other decisions about the free offer. The promotion is based on the original booking date and may be forfeited if the event date is changed. Event must maintain a qualifying subtotal of $500 or more through the event date. Balloon garlands may not be appropriate for outdoor events, subject to discretion. Complimentary offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for credit, discounts, or other products or services. Provider reserves the right to substitute a comparable item, if necessary, due to availability. If vendor is not available, customer must accept the offered substitute.
