To receive your 3 entries, the Giveaway form must be filled out accurately to enter the contest.

If any entry information is found to be inaccurate, the entry is forfeited.  The form can be found at the bottom of this page if needed.

Each household may only complete each method of entry one time.

The winner will be announced on 4/28 at 8pm and the winner will be notified immediately by email or Facebook, wherever the entry lead came from.

 

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, or cannot complete the picnic event for any reason, a follow up winner will be chosen. If the follow up winner does not respond within 24 hours, no other winners will be chosen.

The winner has until 4/3/24 at 6pm to schedule the giveaway picnic or picnic is forfeited.

The picnic event must be completed by 5/19/24. The picnic cannot be scheduled for May 11 or May 12, those are black out dates. 

The date and time must be available with our company's schedule. If a date cannot be agreed upon by both parties, the picnic is forfeited.

No discounts are given if another package is chosen, except upgrading to a larger size party of 6 or 8 guests. The largest size party allowed is 8 guests for the purposes of the giveaway.

You may choose an additional add-on of another umbrella for a small fee. If you opt to purchase another cover such as a cabana, canopy, or bubble tent, the umbrella is automatically forfeited for the purposes of this giveaway. 

More add-ons may be purchased. 

The winner may not reschedule once the picnic date is confirmed, or the picnic will be forfeited. 

The winner must sign our picnic contract required by all guests by 6/3/24 at 6pm.  The winner is the only person who may sign the contract and is responsible for the picnic event. Winner cannot transfer to another person.

The winner must place a refundable deposit of $50 for the picnic by 6/3/24 along with scheduled picnic date and contract signed, that will be returned on completion of the event and there are no damages.

Location: The picnic must be held in Charlotte or Sarasota counties only. Small travel fees may apply >30 miles from North Port business location. If a beach location is chosen for the event, the event must be held on a Monday - Thursday evening only, due to high amounts of traffic on the beaches over the weekends. Permits may be needed for a location and guest is responsible for permit costs at the time of the permit application. Due to the short timeframe of the contest rules, a permit may not be obtained in time and the picnic will be forfeited, along with permit fees. Permit fees are not refundable.
